Bipasha Basu has had the chance to meet Yuvraj Singh on many occasions. But it was on the photo shoot that the two officially met. The ones present on the shoot say, "Yuvi was initially very reserved. He was not interactive at all. Now this is very unlike him because Yuvi has always been a friendly guy. But I guess it was the initial apprehensions that made him hold back."
Bipasha, too, is happy to work with Yuvraj. "It is fun and Yuvi is a bundle of energy. It feels great working with him," she says, adding that the same goes for working with the entire Indian cricket squad.
Interestingly, the offer first went to Bips' beau John Abraham who wrangled himself out of the ad due to a commitment with Wrangler. If you recall, John sported Reebok in "Goal".
Nevertheless, Yuvi is a worthy replacement being a stylish sports icon for the youth.
On the shoot, Yuvi was overheard telling Bipasha that he admired her for shedding oodles of weight. He supposedly told Bipasha that her pairing with beau John Abraham is a big hit with the cricketers.
Talking of the brand, Bipasha says: "I associate with it as it is the kind of clothing I wear, being a fitness conscious person myself. I am sporty person and these clothes are a part of my life."
